Weird that the embankment with the stairway doesn't have a ramp for pulling a shopping cart or using a wheelchair. Ok, I know disabled access is a fantasy, but this is a new development.

Yes good idea, and it would have to be at a national level, as it seems that most of the trouble comes from decisions at the provincial level
